1. Introduction

By using the Sunevfor platform ("Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Sunevfor is an AI-powered people discovery and matching platform. The Platform analyzes users' personality traits to help them discover compatible people. Our services include AI-powered profile creation, smart search, user-to-user messaging, and an AI chat assistant.

3. Account Rules

• You must verify your email address with a valid email to register
• Your username must be 3-20 characters and may only contain letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens
• Each user may only have one account
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You may also register and log in with your Google account

4. User Responsibilities

• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date
• Maintain respectful and constructive communication with other users
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not share others' personal information without permission
• Avoid actions that may compromise the security of the Platform

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Misleading or false information
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized sharing of personal information

7. Usage Limits

The Platform operates on a daily credit system. Each user is allocated a certain number of credits daily. AI chat, search, and other services are used in exchange for credits. Credit limits may be changed by the Platform at any time. Daily credits reset each day and do not accumulate.

8. Account Closure and Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time from the "Profile" tab within our applications or by submitting a request to info@sunevfor.com. Account deletion is irreversible and all data is permanently deleted.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts of users who violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. In the event of account closure, user data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Sunevfor does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Sunevfor cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is not responsible for issues arising from interactions between users.

10. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the changes.
